<レッスン内容>
15 分 – ウォーミングアップと体の調整
40 分 – ヒップホップのコンセプトとバリエーションの練習
30 分 – コンセプトと私たちが実践しているコンセプトを使用したコレオ
5分 – ストレッチ

Any age can participate but the level will be intermediate
The timing will be
15 mins – warm up and body coordination
40 mins – hip hop concepts and variations practice
30 mins – choreo using the concepts and the concepts we practice
5mins – stretch
